Miss Teen Cayman crowned

Outgoing Miss Teen Cayman Brooke Parchment crowns the new Miss Teen Nordania Stewart at the Lions Centre on Sunday, 2 September.

Seventeen-year-old Nordania Stewart is the new Miss Teen Cayman, following the staging of the annual contest this past Sunday, 2 September at the Lions Centre.

Nordania also won the Academic Excellence award, the Illeana De La Cruz Community Spirit award and the Best Smile award.

She also took home a Crystal trophy donated by the Illeana’s family, a jade glass flame trophy donated by telecommunications company LIME and other prizes including a  spa manicure by Panache Hair Salon and Day Spa and dental cleaning  by Cayman Dental Services.

The first runner up in the competition was Glennique Bodden, whose prizes included a  14” Crystal Chrome trophy, a  Blackberry Curve smart phone from LIME, a six-month gym membership courtesy of Kings Sports Centre, dinner for two at the Grand Old House and $50 off hair and nail services at Studio 7.

Glennique also won the people’s choice award.

The second runner up was Alexandra Anglin.
