Have a fit body for life!
Has this ever happened to you? One day you’re following a diet, losing weight and feeling hopeful but the next thing you know you’re overweight and unhappy again? Have you been trapped on the weight loss rollercoaster? Until you get to the root of what causes weight problems, you’re going to be stuck living the rest of your life in a body that you’re not comfortable with, along with the mental, physical and emotional health consequences.
When you let your negative thoughts take over your brain this causes cravings and stress, which lead to overeating, weight gain, poor health, low energy, and depression. Do you ever eat when you feel angry, stressed, anxious or lonely? If so, the cause may be coming from a lack of balance in your life.
Don’t you want to feel great and double your fat burning even when you do not exercise? Wouldn’t it be nice to go on vacation, eat anything you feel like and not worry about getting back where you were coming from?
Once you achieve a fit body, a balanced diet and an active lifestyle you will be able to maintain it much easier and get back in shape in no time even after an indulgent vacation or a more demanding work period.
When I begin working with someone who’s struggling with excess weight and has tried and failed many times to get in better shape with traditional diets, my immediate goal is to make every effort to restore their balance and calm their ‘craving brain.’
The first step begins with a proven, practical and fun training programme that requires less than five per cent of the time you have available to you each week. You don’t need to spend hours in the gym to get extraordinary results. In fact, you don’t even need to step in the gym if you don’t want to. You can get maximum fat loss and ‘feel good’ results in minimum time while doing activities that you really enjoy.
The second step is a safe and balanced way of nourishing your body with the right foods. You will not starve, you will feed yourself all day long with tasty and nutritious foods that will help you feel light, burn fat and overcome food addictions.
These first two steps are essential and they will make all the rest flow naturally and switch your unhealthy thoughts, emotional blocks, addictive habits that are known to trigger the craving brain and throw you off track.
