‘Bo’ Miller announced last Friday that he had decided to run as an independent
candidate for a seat in the Legislative Assembly as the representative for
North Side in November’s general election. Twenty years ago, Mr. Miller

lawsuit filed by Richard Friend against The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman
developer Michael Ryan and his companies. Mr Friend, who says he was the
