Lighthouse road.

On Thursday, 18 November, the Public Works Departments’ Road Crew completed Major Donald Drive, commonly known as “Lighthouse Road”.

Residents and visitors of Cayman Brac can finally make their way to the lighthouse on asphalt where there was only a dirt road before.

According to PWD Road Crew Foreman Danny Tatum, the crew finished the last part of the road in record time and did an extraordinary job.

The completed lighthouse road is ready for traffic and will receive another coat of asphalt in 2010.
